Email is the best way to contact the management committee, using the Secretary's email address. The Secretary will acknowledge your email as soon as possible and either answer the query themselves, or pass it on to the relevant officer.

Please be aware that Pennine Archers is run entirely by volunteers in their spare time, so replies to emails may take longer than expected- but we'll help you as soon as we can!
